Accelerate Your Career in Occupational Therapy

As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will embark on a 12-month journey of growth, development, and career progression. Our graduate program is designed to build your confidence, clinical capability, and career direction without burning you out.
Our evidence-based program provides a well-structured framework for your transition from study to practice. You will receive weekly one-on-one supervision with your Team Leader, weekly group clinical supervision with senior clinicians, and support from a Graduate Program Officer during your first 12 weeks.
In addition to these support structures, you will have access to extensive clinical and non-clinical resources, flexible work options, and a risk management framework to ensure your safety. You will also be paired with another graduate for peer support and have the opportunity to develop a personalized professional development plan with your Team Leader.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for occupational therapy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time wisely, and maintain accurate records.
A relevant degree in occupational therapy and registration with the relevant professional body are essential requirements for this position. We also encourage applicants who are eager to learn, take on new challenges, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
