**About this Role**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team in a full-time garden maintenance role.

Responsibilities will include performing various gardening tasks such as hand weeding, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and full garden makeovers.

The ideal candidate will have experience using equipment like blowers, lawn mowers, edgers, and trimmers, as well as fertilizing, planting, and mulching.

They should also be able to work efficiently without supervision, possess good communication skills, and be physically fit and active.

A basic understanding of gardening tools and equipment is necessary.

Flexibility is offered with full or part-time options available. We pay award rates (MA000101: Gardening and Landscaping Services Award) and are open to negotiating higher salaries for the right individual.
