Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for identifying external material needs, sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and arranging the purchase and delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver value to the organisation through strategic procurement activities.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to maximise total cost of ownership savings and procurement value contribution.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans with a global mindset.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, strategies, and processes.
  • Deliver committed annual procurement savings targets.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in a relevant procurement role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand spend analysis and anticipate market and price trends.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including MS Excel, and experience with MRP and ERP software.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.
