Job Title

Automation Specialist Role

This position focuses on manual and automated testing of applications across multiple platforms.

  • Develop and execute test scripts using AVO Assure.
  • Validate configurations, including shift differentials and union rules.
  • Perform integration testing to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Coordinate UAT cycles, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Track defects and perform retesting as necessary.
Mandatory Skills
  • Proven experience in application testing.
  • Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Experience with AVO Assure or similar testing tools.
  • Familiarity with configuration settings.
  • Excellent defect tracking and management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Proficiency in communication tools like Office 365.
  • Knowledge of integration testing best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on software testing.
  • Certifications such as ITIL4 are highly desirable.
