The Lead Recruiter will work closely with the Recruitment Operations Manager, Client Relations Executive, and Business Development team to develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions, primarily IT and digital marketing jobs, accounting, and general Virtual Assistants. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing and engaging hiring managers of client companies, scoping and analyzing their needs to successfully place candidates for active job orders, and driving the recruitment process through our ATS. They will also provide counsel and coaching to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. The Lead Recruiter will perform administrative work such as completing client and candidate profiles, writing job descriptions, preparing service agreements, and other tasks necessary for a smooth client and candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
