Director of Cost Management

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Director of Cost Management to manage all aspects related to hotel cost control. As a key member, you will provide expert financial insights and contribute to driving business results through analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Food Cost Optimization: Prepare daily food cost reports, reconcile discrepancies in F&B invoices, and analyze statistics to anticipate needs and solve issues.
  2. Business Intelligence: Support onboard departments by analyzing data to recommend actions that maximize financial return and drive business growth.
  3. Operational Performance: Provide analysis on food outlets' marginality, produce reports on operational KPIs, and analyze food cost by station impact and trend.
