The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the successful operation of our busy supermarket. As part of this senior leadership opportunity, you will be responsible for team management, development, and profit-and-loss (P&L) management while ensuring the highest quality of goods are presented to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and manage the overall business within the supermarket, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to enhance staff skills and capabilities.
- Manage departmental costs, including wastage, wages, and other operational expenses, to maintain profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve market share.
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends, seasonality, and food safety standards to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
