Retail Sales Associate

The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

This position reports to the Store Manager and is classified as Level 1 in the GRA.

• Maximise sales by engaging with customers, providing a great shopping experience, and ensuring store standards are met.
• Support and motivate the store team by executing routines and processes efficiently.
• Follow direction to maintain all areas of the store to the highest standard.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

• Ensure store routines and processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.
• Minimise stock losses caused by store damages and internal/external theft.
• Support the Store Team in managing store standards and maintaining a positive work environment.
