About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Lead Creative Director to spearhead our Design Studio's vision and strategy. This highly respected professional will be responsible for driving creative excellence across all project phases, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading a talented design team.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • A deep understanding of contract management strategies, including brief development, procurement, monitoring, evaluation, and variation management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality design outcomes, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and extensive experience in building design.
