Job Title: Roller Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced roller operator to join our team in the Newcastle area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating pad foot and smooth drum rollers on civil construction projects, working on subdivisions and road works.

  • Please note that essential criteria include:
    • Civil construction experience
    • RII or VOC certification for a roller
    • OH&S white card
    • Able to pass pre-employment medical
    • Overtime available
    • Own reliable transport
Key Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience as a roller operator in civil construction

* Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
