About the Role
  • You will work with experienced engineers and operational leaders to support process improvement and sustainability initiatives at our flagship site.
  • You will be responsible for understanding operational components of plant testing, assessing and processing engineering checks, analysing and interpreting results and data, and working safely in accordance with HSE requirements.
  • In the second year of the program, you will work on new low-carbon products to support our Net Zero Carbon targets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers and operational leaders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Analyse and interpret results and data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Work safely in accordance with HSE requirements, conducting audits and hazard identification on site.
  • Manage plant upgrades and modifications to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.

What You Will Need
  • Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proactive attitude with commitment to safety and the environment.
  • Drive for continuous improvement and achieving cost and efficiency gains.
  • Positive, inquiring, can-do, and curious nature.
  • Interest and proficiency in data analytics and visualisation is vital.
