Occupational Therapist

As a Senior Occupational Therapist at Concentric Rehab Centre, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals in the NDIS and Community sectors. This will involve identifying their functional abilities, limitations, and goals, and developing individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
You will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans, and ensure holistic support. Additionally, you will deliver individual and group therapy sessions to enhance daily living skills, cognitive abilities, mobility, and self-care, as well as provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers.
The role also involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, staying informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors, and participating in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
