Department Head

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager/Coordinator to join our team at the Blacktown Store.

As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day store operations, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional customer service and builds memorable experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the store leadership team to drive business results
• Leading by example and coaching the team on best service behaviours
• Inducting and training new team members
• Ensuring merchandising standards are met and stock is coordinated effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising and leading customer-facing teams in a high-safety and high-compliance environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to achieve results and standards
• Passion for customer service and ability to coach and develop others
• Open communication style and ability to work collaboratively with the team
• Approachable and confident when interacting with customers
• Eagerness to learn about new products and services
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on the floor assisting customers
