This is a permanent part-time position, offering weekday afternoon shifts. You will work in a dynamic and cohesive team, dedicated to providing exceptional service and care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver laundry services in a timely and efficient manner, meeting Cranbrook Care's quality expectations.
  • Take ownership of your work, ensuring high-quality results and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the Laundry Team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and colleagues.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual with a background in aged care, hospital, or hospitality. You will have excellent communication skills, a kind and respectful nature, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

As a Laundry Assistant, you will be responsible for performing laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding. You will also be required to maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to health and safety standards.
