The Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to join our Oral Health Services Tasmania team. In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support to OHST staff and external service providers, ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Reception Duties: Provide efficient and effective reception service to all OHST clients and centre-based staff, including managing telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
• Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to OHST staff and external service providers, ensuring the timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Client Registration: Register clients on the electronic client database (TITANIUM) and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Qualifications: A relevant qualification in administration or a related field would be advantageous.

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary: Salary: $66,049 - $70,993 per annum.
• Superannuation Contribution: Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution on top of the salary.
