Job Summary:

The Roster Management Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing rosters to ensure optimal allocation of support workers based on customer needs and preferences.

  • Process customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Respond promptly to cancellations, unforeseen absences, and incidents.
  • Directly report to the Customer Service Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • A motivated individual with strong organisational skills.
  • Background in rostering, scheduling, bookings, or complex diary management.
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on details through ongoing stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience handling high volumes of customer requests.
  • High computer and literacy skills.
  • Previous experience working with customer databases and/or scheduling/rostering systems.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines.

Roster Position Requirements:

  • Availability to work between 6am-8pm and on weekend shifts on a rotating roster basis.
