Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and experienced labourers for various projects on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist tradespeople with their work.
  • Perform general site clean-up duties.
  • Identify potential hazards and report them to site supervisors.
  • Operate power tools as required.
  • Undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials.
Requirements:
  • $30.50/hour + penalties + superannuation + travel costs per day.
  • At least 12 months of experience in residential or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health and safety protocols.
  • National Construction Industry White Card.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to accept last-minute work assignments.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis Shirt, Steel Cap Boots, Safety Gloves, and Safety Glasses).
  • Possession of additional tickets or qualifications is advantageous (Working at Heights, Forklift, Materials Hoist, Dogman, Telehandler).
