We're seeking an experienced leader who can build effective relationships with internal and external customers, process telephone sales, provide over-the-phone quotations, project coordination, and scheduling, while driving continuous improvements in processes and service delivery.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a small customer service team to achieve excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring orders, enquiries, and issues are managed efficiently.
- Be the go-to problem solver, helping customers, distributors, and internal teams find solutions.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in processes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and production to ensure wholesalers get what they need, when they need it.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, ideally in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution, with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities. They should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and be willing to learn and further develop their skills.
