About the Role

Squiz is seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join its professional services team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different sectors, focusing on delivering exceptional results for our clients.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical leadership skills, with a focus on frontend web development technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the best development practices are followed, providing accurate estimates, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical delivery of projects, ensuring budget, timeline, quality, and scope are met
  • Ensuring buy-in from development teams and stakeholders for proposed solutions
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior developers
  • Mentoring and providing direction to peer developers
  • Strong partnership with the Agile Project Manager
  • Constant evaluation and validation of technical assumptions
  • Feedback to Development Manager on areas of training and professional development for developers
