About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Talent International. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting our infrastructure and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, platforms, and cloud services to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  2. Provide technical expertise and support for infrastructure and cloud-related events, incidents, and problems.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive systems documentation and configuration information.
  4. Ensure infrastructure and system security and integrity.
  5. Research and implement new technologies to improve our infrastructure and cloud services.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or junior-mid level IT Systems Engineer.
  2. Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure operations, cloud, and on-premise technical environments.
  3. Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
  4. Experience with cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure architectures and best practices.
  5. Strong awareness of security requirements in IT infrastructure operations and experience with cyber security solutions and tools.
  6. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products and platforms, including hyperconverged infrastructure, VMWare, Commvault, Server OS's, InTune, HPE Aruba, Citrix, Palo Alto, O365, and Azure.
