**Job Summary**

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead technical teams in carrying out proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

  • Supervise and motivate a team of technicians to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance programs, including facility management and contractor supervision.
  • Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the site.
  • Manage maintenance-related purchase orders and control critical spare parts inventory levels.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all facility systems, including power distribution, automated material handling equipment, conveyance, and operational equipment.
  • Build and maintain good relationships across all levels of the organization, including regular attendance at leadership meetings and steering committees.

**A Typical Day**

You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that equipment is properly maintained and running efficiently. You will also monitor processes to ensure compliance with regulations and suggest improvements to make our systems more efficient and productive.
