Our team is seeking a skilled professional to join us as a Senior Consultant in the Healthcare sector. As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a close-knit team that adapts quickly to industry changes and client needs. You will collaborate directly with senior advisors who are not just strategists but hands-on practitioners. The ideal candidate will have preferably worked in a consulting or a professional services firm, with clients in the health, aged care, social services, disability or mental health industry. Alternatively, you may be looking for a change from an operational or project role within the health sector.
Key qualifications and skills include a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience. The ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data are also necessary.
