We are seeking an experienced Test Planning Specialist to lead our testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps/TFS for test planning and defect management, as well as hands-on experience with functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective test plans and strategies to drive efficient testing processes and improve software quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Utilize recent versions of Visual Studio and modern code analysis tools to optimize testing processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of testing principles and techniques to drive continuous improvement and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Effectively communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with DevOps/TFS for test planning and defect management.
  • Hands-on experience with functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
  • Strong understanding of testing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively with key project stakeholders.
  • Experience in using recent versions of Visual Studio and utilizing modern code analysis tools.
