Regional Express Flight Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide warm and genuine inflight service as a solo flight attendant based in Sydney.

The role requires managing the entire cabin independently, ensuring safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.

You will be responsible for:

  • Independence and self-reliance to manage the cabin safely and efficiently
  • Customer-focused attitude to provide exceptional service to our passengers
  • Attention to detail and safety-conscious approach to maintain high standards

The position offers a great work-life balance, competitive remuneration, and includes working on weekends, public holidays, shift work, and some nights away from home.

Key duties include equipment and security checks, in-flight announcements, food and beverage service, cleaning duties, and handling various situations that may occur in the cabin.

Requirements:

  • Age 18 years or over
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Height not exceeding 173 cm
  • Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Completed minimum 3 years secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or completed IELTS with an overall grade of 5.5
  • Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) with police security check
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including holidays and peak periods
  • High level of personal presentation
  • Natural willingness to please and care for people

Extensive training will be provided; flying experience is not required.
