We are seeking a professional to fill a counter assistant position in our front-of-house team.

This is a fast-paced role requiring multitasking, great organisation, and strong food handling skills.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience in similar takeaway-style venues and possess strong time management and basic kitchen/food handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing orders and handling cash sales
  • Processing restaurant table payments and managing customer flow
  • Supporting reservations, coffee making, and general FOH tasks
  • Providing excellent service with a friendly attitude

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in similar takeaway-style venues required.

Time Management: Strong time management skills essential for this fast-paced role.

Basic Kitchen/Food Handling Skills: Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and safety protocols necessary.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
