Customer Service Representative

We're seeking passionate fixed-term part-time team members to join our retail store.
As a Team Member, you'll work together with our team to ensure great customer service is always delivered. You'll provide expert advice to customers on our broad range of products and services.
This role is a three fixed-term opportunity and will require availability across a range of operating hours, including weekdays, weekday evenings, and weekends, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
The Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote products.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by adhering to health and safety procedures.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
They will also have the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be committed to maintaining a high level of productivity and quality standards.
