Emergency Medicine Opportunity in Hobart, Tasmania

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine physician to join our team at a leading hospital in Hobart, Tasmania. As an Emergency Medicine Registrar, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team of healthcare professionals.

About the Role
  • This position is accredited for 36 months of ACEM training.
  • Rotations will be available in anaesthetics, hyperbaric medicine, paediatrics, and ICU.
  • Rural hospital posts are also available at Launceston General Hospital or North West Regional Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality patient care as a member of the emergency department team.
  • To participate in education and training programs for junior medical staff.
  • To contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Requirements
  • General or Limited registration with AHPRA.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in emergency medicine (preferred).
  • The ability to commute/relocate to Hobart, TAS.
