We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Accor Apartments & Realty. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's financial and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Perform end-of-day accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet preparation.
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Security and Safety: Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment, ensuring the safety of guests and staff.
- Operational Support: Assist the day team with their operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout the day and night.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and systems, with experience in night audit processes and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quick-thinking and resourceful, with the ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
