We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who embody a love for sports and delivering exceptional customer service. As a member of our team, you will be an integral part of creating unforgettable experiences for every fan.

This is a casual role with the flexibility to work 3 days a week. Ideally, you'll have availability for one day between Monday and Thursday and two days during our busiest time from Friday to Sunday.

The successful candidate will have previous retail and/or customer-service experience, a passion for the sport industry, and a natural sense of urgency. We value driven and energetic team players who can bring their enthusiasm to our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver premium customer service ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression
  • Become an expert in product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
  • Maintain stock levels and visual merchandising standards
  • Contribute to achieving Key Performance Indicators
Requirements:
  • Previous relevant retail and/or customer-service experience
  • A zeal for delivering a premium service experience
  • A passion for the sport industry
  • An energetic demeanor
