We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in the North Sydney area. Located in a unique, purpose-built building with an abundance of space across 3 levels, our centre offers a stimulating environment for children to grow and develop.

As part of a national group of services across Sydney and Melbourne, we pride ourselves on providing excellent conditions for our staff and children, resulting in a strong staff retention rate.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and delivery of exceptional learning experiences for the children in our preschool room. We have outstanding professional development opportunities, including a bespoke leadership programme and regularly send our educators on conferences and courses.

Our ideal candidate will have a real passion for working with children and helping them grow and develop through inquiry-based learning.

You will be creative and enthusiastic with a desire to inspire. Prior experience working in long day care is essential, and you will need to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA Assessed equivalent
  • NESA accreditation
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificate
  • Working with children's check
  • Excellent communication skills to build and grow trusting relationships with children, colleagues and families
  • A commitment to fostering positive team spirit
