As a Registered Nurse with our organisation, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care while supporting residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing nursing care in line with AHPRA professional standards
  • Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualised care plans
  • Leading and mentoring care teams to ensure best-practice care delivery
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families and health professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical governance and aged care standards
