About the Role
**Regional Leader - WA**
- ** Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences**: lead our portfolio of venues across WA to achieve sustainable business results.
The Regional Leader will provide strategic leadership and business plans to drive growth and profitability across the state. They will create memorable pub experiences by building high-performing teams that deliver financial, guest, team, and business scorecard targets aligned with our values and ways of working. This role plays an integral part in bringing the business strategy to life through driving the successful execution and embedding of strategic initiatives in venues.
As a senior leader, you'll contribute nationally with ALH state leaders and collaborate with teams across the business to achieve national consistency and best practice. You'll be open to sharing innovation, adapting or modifying ways of working, and leading change for the state.
**What you can expect in this role**: embed a culture of continuous improvement underpinned by our value of responsibility; provide effective leadership to drive the business forward; lead a high-performance team ensuring accountability for key responsibilities; develop talent pipelines and future leaders; educate and coach operations managers on strategy; lead and inspire venues through change management activities; create collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to improve the guest experience; accountable for achieving sustainable financial, business, and operational objectives; achieve sales and profit targets while maintaining expenses; develop business plans for venue growth and development to lift performance; lead operations managers to take accountability for financial performance and maximise sales and profitability.
**Your skills and qualifications**:
- Experience in leading multi-site hospitality operations or similar field.
- Extensive experience working in a heavily regulated environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial fundamentals, including leveraging guest data and insights.
- Strong influencing, stakeholder relationship, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing change in a dynamic and complex environment. Eligible to meet state licensing requirements (includes a probity check).
