We are seeking a seasoned Civil Leader to join our team for the Maragle High Voltage substation and transmission line project in Regional NSW. The role will be camp based on an all-in-all-out 3/1 roster.

**Job Summary:**

- Supervise work crews on access tracks, foundations and all other associated civil works
- Ensure all areas of safety and environmental awareness are adhered to within your crew
- Ensure your crew meet their production targets
- Manage quality within your team

**Key Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 5 years' of experience in a similar role on a major construction project
- Proven ability to undertake record keeping
- Ability to be a team player
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate your crew
