About Our Electrical Engineering Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing strongly to the overall design capability of our group, working on project-focused engineering design for the mining, minerals processing, and utility sectors.

The ideal candidate will have around 8 years of experience, with a proven track record in mineral processing or material handling projects. Key areas of expertise include:

  • Project design experience in mining or minerals processing applications.
  • Design of Motor Control Centres.
  • Instrumentation specification and selection.
  • Development of design deliverables such as cable schedules, equipment lists, and instrument lists.
  • Design of Single Line, Schematics, and Termination Diagrams.
  • Tendering and evaluation of major equipment.
  • Report writing skills.

Apart from technical expertise, we also value strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken. If you have a positive attitude, commercial awareness, and a willingness to perform site work, commissioning, and travel to remote locations, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
