Senior Legal Advisor for Aged Care

We seek an experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our Public Law and Regulatory Compliance team. This role will provide opportunities to grow professionally, working with a dynamic team of experts.

  • This is a senior position that requires extensive knowledge in aged care law, as well as experience in legal analysis and drafting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on compliance with the Commonwealth Aged Care Law scheme.
  • Represent clients in court cases, coronial inquests, VCAT proceedings and other litigation matters.
  • Draft regulatory compliance templates to support clients in their daily operations.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and promote their professional growth within the team.
  • Contribute to business development and marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Possess extensive experience in health, aged care and/or disability law.
  • Hold strong legal analysis and drafting skills.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative and critical thinking abilities.
