About the Role

Cuscal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Acquiring, ATM Services squad. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies to provide informed feedback to the PM/PO.
  • Work with stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive business results.
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop a business analysis work-plan to manage own activities, tasks, deliverables, and schedule.
  • Identify and communicate risks and issues to ensure timely mitigation.
  • Measure and track quality of business analysis work through artefact reviews.
  • Respond to changing organisational priorities to ensure adaptability.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure that at least 80% of each sprint goal is met.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the IT industry within Financial Services sector.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Agile User Story writing, backlog refinement, and effective communication.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and analyse data into useful outputs for stakeholders.
  • Desirable knowledge and experience in Cards & Payments, Schemes Compliance, Visa & MasterCard, ISO8583, eftpos, AS2805, and Switching.
