**Job Overview**
We are seeking a senior maintenance professional to lead our surface maintenance front end reliability team in strategy and improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with outstanding communication skills, leadership experience and technical reliability expertise to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of reliability engineers and specialists to provide technical support to maintenance teams and conduct problem-solving activities to eliminate equipment defects across our concentrator, hydromet, water and supporting electrical infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a small team of reliability engineers and specialists
- Provide technical support to maintenance teams

- Exercise a proficient level of technical knowledge and expertise
- Measure operational results against defined benchmarks
**Requirements:**
- Degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Demonstrated background in Reliability engineering
- Previous experience leading teams and direct reports
- Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
