As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting products in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • You will promote and sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth by leveraging your knowledge of product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including their specifications, advantages, and uses.
  • You will process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and speed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for appearance and presentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs through effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience is highly desirable, with a minimum of 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in point-of-sale systems are required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
