Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated contract professional to contribute to the day-to-day management of commercial agreements. You will be meticulous with details and passionate about managing contracts, looking for an opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic work environment.

About the Role

As our contract manager, you will support project teams, ensuring commercial and contractual risk is identified and managed while supporting delivery teams to achieve financial and operational performance targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines
  • Facilitate contract execution and coordinate with commercial teams for project securities
  • Assist in setting up project controls, including cost tracking and progress reports
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier agreements
  • Prepare and submit progress claims, variation notifications, and contractual notifications and responses
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure coordinated contract management
  • Assist divisional managers with monthly project forecasts
  • Provide support and leadership to contract administrators
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in construction or contracts management (preferred)
  • 5-10 years' experience within a similar role
  • Demonstrated understanding of AS, GC21, and NEC
  • Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experience with Coins, Felix, or Procore (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
  • High attention to detail and data processing accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a diverse range of tasks
