Job Overview

We're currently seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our Golden Grove Optical team. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and providing expert advice on our range of optical products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice and solutions for their optical needs.
  • Ensure our optical stores are well-presented and well-stocked, creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with varying optical needs.
  • A methodical approach and attention to detail.
  • A flair for fashion and the ability to help customers choose a frame that suits them.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
