Job Title: Swim Supervisor

Deliver exceptional in-water instruction to a diverse range of ages and abilities, inspiring confidence and safety.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality in-water learn to swim and water safety instruction consistent with established lesson plans.
  • Supervise and ensure the smooth delivery of Learn to Swim lessons, maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Identify and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and provide coaching to instructors to maintain required standards.
Selection Criteria
  • Experience teaching Learn to Swim (LTS) and water safety across all levels and age groups.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, including swim programming.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven customer service and problem-solving ability.
Regulatory Requirements
  • AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification.
  • First Aid Certificate with CPR.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Criminal history check.
