Molding Machine Specialist

Labourpower Trade is seeking an individual to fill the role of Extrusion Operator.

This position involves working on a rotating roster, with days and night shifts. The day shift operates from 6am till 6pm, while the night shift runs from 6pm till 6am.

Casual pay rate $35 p/hour is applicable for day shift work, with penalties paid for night shift and weekend overtime.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Running extrusion line processes in accordance with current settings and procedures
- Identifying and resolving issues
- Conducting quality checks
- Assisting with size changes to meet production targets
- Performing basic machine maintenance tasks

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

- Previous experience operating Plastic Extrusion Machinery
- A background in the Plastics Industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude skills
- Effective communication and attention to detail
