About the Job

As a quality engineering leader, you will develop and enforce enterprise-wide quality strategy, standards, roadmaps, tooling, and automation frameworks.

You will embed quality assurance and continuous testing practices across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, fostering a quality-first engineering mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring consistent test strategies for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Promoting early defect detection and faster delivery cycles through shift-left testing.
  • Driving innovation in quality engineering platforms and standards.
  • Developing reusable, AI-enabled quality assets across the SDLC.
  • Providing tools to streamline environment management and improve quality assurance.
  • Collaborating with platform and infrastructure teams to maintain scalable non-production environment (NPE) services.
