Job Title: Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for executing merchandising tasks and supporting the success of our business.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and as part of a team. You will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

  • Create and maintain high-quality planograms in stores
  • Ensure pricing and ticketing compliance
  • Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
  • Adhere to our standards and ways of working

You will work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver excellent results. We offer a competitive hourly rate, flexible work hours, and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with Grocery personnel
- Creating and maintaining quality planograms in stores
- Pricing and ticketing compliance
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
- Adhere to Coles Relay Standards and Ways of Working
- Experience in a grocery/retail environment, grocery highly desirable
- Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
