We're seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Office Administrator to join our dedicated HSEQ team at Neumann Steel.

HSEQ Office Administrator

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will work cohesively with the HSEQ team to achieve company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Record Keeping and Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents in line with our IMS system and company policies.
  • IMS User Maintenance: Assist in maintaining users, accurate records, and statistical reporting within the IMS platform.
  • Calendar and Inbox Management: Manage the shared HSEQ calendar and inbox for scheduling training, site visits, meetings, and related activities.
  • Minute Taking and Reporting: Take minutes during HSEQ-related meetings and maintain accurate records.
  • Task Prioritization and Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
