Industrial Machinery Operator

In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating mechanical equipment involved in the manufacture of building products. This involves setup and operation of various machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Set up and operate mechanical equipment according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Inspect and prepare equipment for operation, ensuring all necessary materials and attachments are available.
- Identify and resolve machine issues and breakdowns through troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address complex issues and optimize equipment performance.
Key Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Forklift license required.
- Effective problem-solving and fault-finding skills to quickly identify and resolve machine issues.
- Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
