Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial plumbing projects from start to finish, overseeing project progress and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, designers and contractors to review drawings and specifications, ensuring effective communication.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and gather relevant documentation.
  • Attend site meetings and oversee the procurement of materials and labour.
  • Supervise site teams and monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience running projects worth $200k to $2 million, demonstrating expertise in budget management.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems and design requirements, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines and teams, with excellent leadership skills.
