Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting linen, mats, and garments to our customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect linen, mats, and garments to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Interact with customers from various industries, building relationships and providing excellent customer service
  • Operate a MR truck as a mobile office, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods
  • Prep and maintain the truck for daily deliveries, adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

  • Valid MR driver's license
  • Good physical fitness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
