Senior Transport Planning Team Lead

A Senior Team Lead is required to oversee the Transport Planning team and provide technical expertise in project delivery.
">About the RoleThis role involves providing leadership to the team, ensuring alignment to company strategy, initiatives, vision, and culture. You will be the advocate of the business both internally within the organisation and externally to clients and professional organisations. The role requires strong people management skills, technical expertise in transport planning, and experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Foster a success-oriented environment within the team by displaying collaborative behaviours and exerting measured influence.
- Develop the team's skills and experience through training, mentoring, and guidance.
- Maintain and improve technical standards in Transport Planning.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or planning field, minimum 8 years of transport planning experience, and a broad range of skills covering people management, business development, project delivery, and business management.
