Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who values long-term stability of employment and the ability to learn new skills.

The successful candidate will have excellent work ethic, honesty, reliability, and punctuality. You will be responsible for general yard responsibilities such as loading and unloading trucks, completing daily tasks, and performing equipment maintenance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for organising timber, metal, and store items for production, supporting bulk-to-pick face replenishments, and assisting key personnel with ad-hoc tasks.

You will also be required to identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Forklift Licence
  • Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, identify and address issues, and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of WHS policies & procedures
  • Experience in warehouse or inventory management systems would be advantageous
